The operating entity

Kanonik is operated by Kanonik LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company.

These are the binding documents. Anything contractual is settled by them, not by a summary:

  • Terms of Service - the agreement for use of the Service
  • Privacy Notice - what personal data is collected, why, how long it is kept, and the sub-processor list
  • Data Processing Agreement - the Article 28 DPA, including the sub-processor annex, the Standard Contractual Clauses module selection, and the technical and organisational measures

Getting a person

Support is async by design and answered by people who work on the product. There is no ticket queue and no first-line script.
